Capsule hosting terms

Capsule is managed website hosting and a client console provided by HeadPills. Your accepted order and invoice identify the supplier and any specific arrangements.

Plans and payment

Prices exclude VAT where applicable. Yearly payment covers twelve months upfront; monthly billing covers a calendar month. These plans include no editing hours. Existing contracts keep their agreed prices and inclusions.

A hosting request is reviewed before an invoice is issued. Payment is by bank transfer using the details on your invoice. Issuing an invoice does not confirm payment. Your first hosting period starts after payment has been recorded and the website has been successfully published and connected. Subsequent periods are invoiced separately; no card is automatically charged.

What hosting includes

Static website hosting on Cloudflare, HTTPS, a client account, connected analytics and website forms, publication previews and available production version history. Domain registration and renewal, business email, website construction, editing work and paid third-party services are separate unless your order expressly includes them.

The current service supports static websites. WordPress, WooCommerce, arbitrary server applications and unreviewed public file uploads are outside these plans. A large download library, streaming service or unusually resource-intensive project needs a separate scope. Network and certificate services depend on the infrastructure provider; these plans do not include a contractual uptime SLA.

Changes and approvals

HeadPills prepares an estimate describing the work and price. Work proceeds after you approve that estimate. A fixed preview is supplied for review. Approving the preview authorizes publication of that version once the related invoice is paid. Failed publications can be retried using the same approved build. Administrators cannot give this approval through their view of your account.

Editing is normally quoted at €25 per hour. Hour packages and their validity are agreed separately. Existing package terms remain unchanged. Hosting subscriptions do not replenish editing hours each month.

Your domain and account

Use an email address you control. You must own the domain or have permission to manage it. Domain verification is required before collecting data or attaching hosting. HeadPills administrators can access your account to operate the service; administrative changes are logged under the administrator’s identity.

Renewal and leaving

You can stop future renewals in Hosting & connection. HeadPills coordinates the site handover at the end of the agreed service period. This does not automatically delete the website or erase an issued invoice. Contact HeadPills to resolve outstanding invoices, request data export or arrange removal. Any refund or early-termination request is handled under your accepted order and applicable law.
